Our Mental health and well-being sessions are very critical in addressing the psychological and emotional impact of cancer. Here are some key components of such sessions: Individual Counselling, Support Groups, Mindfulness and Meditation, Stress Management Workshop, Psychoeducation Sessions, Expressive Arts Therapy, Self-Care, and Wellness Practices
The main goal of our mental health and well-being sessions for our service users is to address the psychological impact of cancer, enhance their coping skills, and promote resilience and overall well-being. These sessions provide very helpful support and resources for our beneficiaries to navigate the emotional challenges that occur during their cancer journey.
